Terms of Use
The service
RealCircle is beta software. Features can break, change, or be unavailable. Do not rely on it for emergencies. There is no iOS app, no maps product, no payments, and no public ratings in this beta.
Access is by invitation. You may use a nickname. Impersonation and deceptive identity are not allowed.
Eligibility
A minimum age is not defined in the current product documents. Do not use RealCircle if you are not allowed to use social apps where you live.
Accounts
You sign in with email. Keep your inbox and codes private. Do not share sign-in codes or passwords. We may restrict, suspend, or ban an account when safety rules are broken or when a deletion request is completed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, or abuse other people
- impersonate someone else or mislead people about who you are
- run scams, including OTP, gift-card, recharge, crypto, investment, or “pay to meet” schemes
- ask strangers for money, gift cards, or account codes
- sell access to people or treat RealCircle as a paid-meeting marketplace
- post private contact details in group or room chat (use Share contact in a private chat only if you choose to)
- use the product to exploit anyone, including sexual exploitation
- attempt to bypass blocks, bans, or safety holds
Anonymous display names are allowed. Pretending to be another real person is not.
Meetups
If you meet someone in person, that is your choice and your responsibility. Meet in public places. Do not share a home address. RealCircle does not arrange transport, payments, or emergency services.
Content and safety tools
Obvious high-risk financial messages may be held and not delivered. Reports stay private from the reported person. Blocking stops further direct messages. Staff may review cases. One report does not automatically ban anyone.
Availability
We may pause, limit, or change the beta. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. How people are expected to treat each other is in the Community Guidelines.
